Alappuzha Beach

Bekal Beach
Come to this beach if you love sand art. Many tourists just come here to get the perfect tanning on their skin. The beach rests near the famous Bekal Fort, one of the largest and well preserved forts in Kerala. It is a magical experience to walk along the beach, especially when it is illuminated after the sunset.
Cherai Beach
This beach is famous for many water sport activities like swimming, para-sailing, water scooter ride, surfing and speed boating. It is located in Vypin island of Kochi. And is about 30 km from the Kochi Airport. Kids love the beach also because of the dolphins that are occasionally spotted here.
It is one of the cleanest beaches in Kerala and also the most visited destination in the state. Dotted with green paddy field and coconut groves, it is the golden beach of Kerala and is lovingly called as the ‘Princess of the Queen of the Arabian Sea.’ There is a park for the kids, built near the beach.
